Contrast Sensors

KT3W-P1116 is a contrast sensor from SICK, designed for detecting differences between marks and backgrounds on materials in industrial automation. It features a rectangular plastic housing (12 x 40 x 22 mm), a sensing distance up to 12.5 mm, and uses an RGB LED light source (470 nm, 525 nm, 640 nm). 

The sensor offers a PNP switching output, a fast switching frequency of 10 kHz, and a static 2-point teach-in adjustment via a button. It operates on 12–24 V DC and connects via a 4-pin M12 connector. Suitable for high-speed packaging and labelling applications
