Contrast Sensors

KT6W-2P5116 is a colour mark (contrast) sensor from SICK, designed for detecting colour marks on packaging and labels in industrial automation. It features a rectangular metal housing (30.4 x 53 x 80 mm), a sensing distance up to 10 mm (±3 mm tolerance), and uses an RGB LED light source (wavelengths: 640 nm, 525 nm, 470 nm). 

The sensor offers a PNP switching output, a fast switching frequency of 5 kHz, and a static 2-point teach-in function via a button for easy setup. It operates on 10–30 V DC, connects with a 4-pin M12 connector, and is rated IP67 for dust and water protection.
