Description:
BR6000-R12 is an advanced power factor controller from EPCOS (now TDK), designed for automatic reactive power compensation in industrial and commercial electrical systems.
It features 12 relay outputs, allowing control of up to 12 capacitor steps for optimal power factor correction, and includes an alarm output for system monitoring.
The controller supports a wide supply voltage range (100–230 V AC, ±15%, 50/60 Hz) and offers intelligent, self-optimizing control with multiple switching modes such as series (LIFO), circular (FIFO), and intelligent self-optimized modes. It provides a large voltage measuring range, automatic initialization, test-run capability, and recall of recorded values.
The device is housed in a robust panel-mount enclosure (144 x 144 x 55–60 mm), suitable for any mounting position, and is rated for operation at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C.
It complies with international safety and EMC standards, including IEC 61010-1 and EN 61010-1 for safety, and EN 55011/55082 for electromagnetic compatibility
