Description:

BELUK BLR-CX06-RL is an automatic power factor regulator designed for low-voltage capacitor banks in industrial and commercial electrical panels. It provides precise, reliable control for up to 6 capacitor steps to optimise power factor and reduce reactive energy costs.

Key Features:

  • Number of Steps: 6 relay outputs (model CX06)

  • Measuring & Supply Voltage: 90–550 V AC, single phase, 45–65 Hz, 5 VA

  • Current Measurement: 15 mA – 6 A (single phase), compatible with CT ratios from 1–9600 (x/1A or x/5A)

  • Control Outputs: Up to 6 relays, normally open, with common root; max. breaking capacity 250 V AC / 5 A per relay

  • Static Outputs: Up to 6 open-collector outputs, 8–48 V DC / 100 mA

  • Temperature Monitoring: NTC sensor input for fan control or alarm

  • Alarm Contact: Volt-free relay (life contact), max. breaking capacity 250 V AC / 5 A

  • Fan Control: Any relay output can be configured for fan operation based on temperature

  • Display & Settings: LCD display, factory preset for 400 V grids; user menus for voltage, CT/VT ratio, and advanced parameters

  • Automatic Step Recognition: Learns and monitors capacitor step sizes; alarms for failed steps, blown fuses, or faulty contactors

  • Over/Undervoltage Monitoring: Built-in protection with user-adjustable settings

  • Communication: TTL interface (rear) for data logging (Modbus available in other models)

  • Mounting: Panel mount, 144 × 144 × 58 mm, cut-out 138 × 138 mm

  • Protection: Front: IP50 (IP54 with gasket), Rear: IP20

  • Operating Temperature: -20°C to +70°C (operation), -40°C to +85°C (storage)

  • Weight: Approx. 0.6 kg

  • Standards: IEC 61010-1, IEC 61326, VDE 0110, VDE 0411

Applications:
Automatic power factor correction in low-voltage distribution boards, capacitor banks, and compensation panels in industrial and commercial installations.
